Who owns the identity?
The person. Their TapID and personal profile are theirs. For work cards, the organisation controls the card and the work profile fields it manages. Evidence →
Who owns the card?
The organisation that issued it. It can revoke or reassign the card at any time. Evidence →
What happens when an employee leaves?
An admin offboards them in one action: every work card they hold is revoked from the next tap, and relationships recorded on work cards stay with the organisation. Evidence →
Can a card be revoked immediately?
Yes. Revocation applies at the resolver, so it doesn’t need the card. Target: under 60 seconds worldwide. Evidence →
Can a replacement keep the identity?
Yes. A replacement card opens the same TapID; the old card stops working. Evidence →
What can admins see?
Work profile fields and how work cards are used. Never personal notes or personal profile fields. Evidence →
What can employees control?

What is logged?
Every issue, replacement, reassignment, revocation and role change, with who and when, kept 24 months. Evidence →
